Read MoreJeff A. Benson founded Specialized Glass & Metal in 2024. Mr. Benson has been Vice President of four (4) multi-million-dollar curtainwall and glass & glazing companies during his 41-year tenure in the contract glazing industry. Mr. Benson leads the operations of the business including sales, project management, and engineering in all aspects of the project to align with the project’s objectives. Mr. Benson holds a PhD in Theology from Vision International University and a Master’s Certification from Villanova University in Project Management.

Read MoreJohn McGee brings over forty years’ experience in the glazing industry, holding certifications as an OSHA Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), a General Industry Specialist in Safety and Health (SSH), and as a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS). While working as a full-time commercial Glazier, he achieved his Business Management degree and is a long-time trainer of heavy construction equipment, and holds numerous awards, certifications, and acknowledgements. He earned the 2012 Project Manager of the Year award from Glass Magazine for the post-Hurricane Ike re-skin of the 40-story Enron II Building in downtown Houston, but finds he prefers the Safety and Risk Management aspects of the Construction Industry. His extensive general knowledge makes him a natural go-to when troubleshooting construction problems, but it’s his honest, straightforward way of speaking plainly which makes him so valuable to this Team.

She combines her degrees in Business Management and Administration with her strong technical writing skills, proficient keyboarding abilities, and extensive practical knowledge in Construction safety and risk management, resulting in a very efficient and capable Executive Assistant for the Team. Her organizational skills help keep things humming along in the background and her natural curiosity, problem solving abilities, and friendly manner makes her a pleasure to work with.
